Terms of use

Wreck Wallet app and the ESC community. Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and White Rock Equity Inc., [registered address], Canada ("we"), for the Wreck Wallet app, the ESC community inside it, the WRECK token features, and our websites. By installing the app or using the community you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Wreck Wallet is a self-custody wallet. It creates and stores cryptographic keys on your device and lets you send, receive and hold digital tokens on a public blockchain, scan QR codes, connect to the ESC community, and use the WRECK token features described in section 5. We publish the software; we do not hold, control or have access to your keys or funds at any time.

2. Test period

The app currently runs on the Ethereum Sepolia test network. Every balance, token and transaction in it is a test record with no monetary value. Test networks can be reset at any time, by us or by the network operators, and all test balances and community data may be wiped. Features may change or disappear between versions. Do not rely on the test version for anything that matters.

3. Your keys, your responsibility

  • Your recovery words are the only way to restore your wallet. Write them down, keep them offline, tell nobody. We cannot reset, recover or replace them.
  • Anyone who has your recovery words controls your wallet. Transactions on a blockchain are final; there is no reversal, chargeback or customer-service undo.
  • You are responsible for your device, its security, and everyone you allow to use it.
  • We will never ask you for your recovery words. Anyone who does is not us.

4. Who may use the app

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the app if the laws that apply to you prohibit holding or transferring digital tokens, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for checking the rules in your own country, including tax rules.

5. WRECK and the deposit feature

The app lets you move USDC or USDT into the WRECK smart contract and shows a balance in WRECK. During the test period this is simulated with test tokens. For any live version:

  • WRECK is a token issued by a smart contract that we deploy and administer. Its mechanics, including any rate shown in the app, are defined by that contract and may be changed by its administrators within the limits the contract allows.
  • Nothing in the app is a bank deposit, a guaranteed return, an insured product or investment advice. Rates shown describe how the contract works today, they are not a promise about the future. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and tokens can lose all value.
  • We do not provide exchange, brokerage, custody or investment services through the app. You decide what to do with your tokens.
  • If a live version becomes available in your country, further terms for it will be shown inside the app before you can use it.

6. Gas and the paymaster

The app may pay network fees on your behalf through a paymaster so you do not need the network's native token. We can limit, pause or end that service at any time. When it is unavailable, the app may ask you to hold the native token to pay fees yourself.

7. The ESC community

The community is a place to meet other members, post, message, form groups and trade in the marketplace. Access may depend on holding a minimum amount of WRECK. Using it, you agree to:

  • Post only content you have the right to post. You keep ownership of it and give us a licence to store, display and deliver it to other members as the service needs.
  • No illegal content, no harassment, no threats, no sexual content involving minors, no scams, no malware, no spam, no impersonation.
  • No selling of anything illegal in your or the buyer's country through the marketplace. Marketplace deals are between members; we are not a party to them and do not guarantee goods, payment or delivery.
  • Respect blocks. Do not use another account to contact someone who blocked you.

We may remove content and suspend or close community accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. Closing a community account never touches your wallet or your tokens; those are yours on the blockchain regardless of us.

8. Our software, your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where the law gives you that right, or where parts of it are released under an open-source licence that says otherwise. Names, marks and designs stay ours.

9. Updates and availability

We can update, change, suspend or discontinue the app, the community or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that the app or our servers will always be available or error-free.

10. Third parties

The app depends on public blockchains, infrastructure providers (such as Alchemy and Pimlico), app stores and notification services that we do not control. Their outages, changes or decisions can affect the app, and we are not responsible for them.

11. No warranty

The app and the community are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of tokens, funds, data or profits, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of the app, the community, the smart contracts or third-party services, including losses caused by lost recovery words, mistaken transactions, smart-contract bugs, network failures or unauthorised access to your device. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of 100 Canadian dollars or the amount you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months, which is normally nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

13. Your indemnity

You will cover us for claims and costs caused by your breach of these terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the app.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, your community account. We can end your community access for breach. Sections 3, 5, 11, 12, 13 and 16 survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For material changes we show a notice in the app or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is needed for legal or security reasons. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new terms. The current version always lives at white-rock-equity.com/terms.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [British Columbia] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of [British Columbia], unless the consumer-protection law of your home country gives you the right to use your local courts.
